The safety circuit of the MLC-8000 has been certified for use in accordance with EN81-A3 (protection against uncontrolled movement of the car in the unlocking zone) since the end of 2011 and therefore in time with the new EN81-A3. Together with appropriate protective devices (e.g. speed limiter and safety gear; rope brake, special valves on the hydraulic block, etc.), the MLC-8000 controller fully meets the requirements of EN81-A3 without additional components. An additional relay and a reset button are only required for error storage and error resetting.
Now the MLC-8000 lift controller can also be ideally used on systems that will be modernised according to the new EN81-A3.
